Terms of Service

OpenMagic.gg provides statistical analysis, meta data and AI-assisted deck optimization for card games.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of personal data, and you must be able to enter into a binding contract.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity performed under it.

Paid plans (Diamond, ProPlayer) are offered monthly or annually with the entitlements described on the pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe for purchases made in Brazil, and by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as merchant of record, for purchases made outside Brazil. OpenMagic does not store complete card data.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown at purchase, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account, and cancelling stops every future renewal.

You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. The first payment of a paid plan is refundable in full within 14 days of the charge, and statutory withdrawal and regret rights are always preserved. The full terms are in the Refund Policy at /refunds.

No scraping, resale, reverse engineering, abuse of the AI features or attempts to de-anonymise aggregated data.

The Companion is passive. It does not automate gameplay, modify the game client, inject code or read process memory.

You retain your data. You grant OpenMagic a licence to process it to operate the service and to produce anonymised aggregate statistics.

The platform, its brand, code, design system and generated analyses belong to OpenMagic.

Game names are used nominatively to identify compatibility. No publisher artwork, logos or client assets are used. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AI output is probabilistic, may be wrong, and must be interpreted alongside the sample sizes and confidence levels shown.

Recommendations are hypotheses to test, never guarantees of results.

The service is provided on an as-available basis without a formal uptime guarantee at this stage.

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended.

You may delete your account at any time from Data & Privacy settings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OpenMagic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
